Scared of Poo

So i’m sat here typing away with my hair covered in black stuff to get rid of my red hair and I thought i’d type a little about last night. We celebrated my birthday, twas me and Gemma for the cinema to see 300.

First of all let me say, 300 was awesome and secondly did I mention it was awesome? The film just had everything mythological films should e.g. action, story, beautiful visuals and badass monters/warriors. It was great.

So after that we met up with Nik and went to Hopscotch at Sheffield Uni’s Bar One and wow did I enjoy that place, cheap booze, nice atmosphere and great tunes. Especially the female DJ who decided everything we requested was great and/or awesome, plus it was cool to have somewhere actually play the Aquabats. So yeah i’ll be going back to that place, it was lovely. Also I met Liam, the drummer for Nik’s new band…. he is cool and funky, he likes Ska….. that’s why he rocks!

So the night ended with both Nik and Gemma being very drunk, Nik had sex with a lamp post and Gemma was hungry, ordered food, hardly ate it and then fell asleep.

So i’ve been looking forward to seeing 300 for awhile now and tomorrow should be the day, it’s also the day I turn 23 which is a crazy thing (especially if you’ve seen The Number 23). I hate people who walk into shops in the last fifteen minutes that they are open, it pisses me off.

On a happier note, congratulations to Martin Scorsese for getting a best director Oscar that he has deserved for many years now.

Erm, yeah that’s pretty much all I can think to say right now.
